I was having trouble sleeping and my appetite was gone. At first, I thought it was just a phase and that it would pass. But it didn't. After months of feeling this way, I decided to go to the doctor.
After a few tests, they diagnosed me with an iron deficiency. It turns out that my dedication to healthy living had caused me to become deficient in iron. My doctor prescribed me iron supplements and told me to make sure I was getting enough iron in my diet. He also warned me about the dangers of overdoing it when it comes to healthy living.
He said that too much of a good thing can be bad for you. I took his advice to heart and made sure to get enough iron in my diet. I also made sure not to overdo it when it came to exercising and eating healthy. Now, I'm feeling better than ever and am grateful for the lesson I learned.
